25th National Conference on Preventing Crime in the Black Community
The 25th National Conference on Preventing Crime in the Black Community is a collaborative effort by the Attorneys General Bill McCollum and Thurbert E. Baker to foster communication and action among practitioners through the sharing of innovative ideas and prevention strategies that have been successful in the black community. Community-minded citizens and those working in areas involving law enforcement, victim services, social organizations and educational outlets are encouraged to attend. The 2009 Jacksonville conference saw over 1,300 attendees.
